02Customer communications & consent
When you text, email, or call end-customers through Claver:
- Get prior express written consent before any marketing SMS to U.S. consumers. The TCPA isn't kidding around.
- Honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, HELP. Claver enforces these at the platform level. Don't try to route around it.
- Identify your business in the message and give a way to opt out.
- Respect quiet hours (8 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time in the U.S., stricter in some states and provinces).
Details in SMS Terms.
03Payments & high-risk activity
Claver uses Stripe for payments. Stripe's Restricted Businesses list applies. Any business prohibited there is prohibited here. Examples: adult, weapons, tobacco/vape, kratom, CBD with THC, online gambling, multi-level marketing.
04Rate limits & capacity
Free and paid plans have rate limits documented at /security. Sustained abuse triggers automatic throttling, then suspension. If you have legitimate high-volume needs, contact [email protected].

We may, with or without notice depending on severity:
- Throttle, suspend, or terminate the offending account.
