What you'll typically need from us, sorted by how often it gets asked:

Signed DPA. Ours is at /dpa and is pre-signed; if you need it on letterhead, email [email protected].
Security overview. /security. Includes our audit roadmap.
Sub-processor list. /sub-processors.
Standard MSA / Order Form. Our Terms are the MSA. We accept PO numbers on Business invoices on request.
Vendor questionnaires (SIG Lite, CAIQ). We've pre-filled both. Email [email protected] for the latest.
Penetration test summary. Available under NDA after the report's executive summary is approved.
SOC 2 Type II report. Target 2026 Q4. Ask and we'll send the gap-assessment letter in the meantime.
Insurance certificate. $2M cyber + $2M general liability. Email and we'll send the COI.

If a homeowner asks how their data is handled when you used Claver to dispatch you, point them at our Privacy Policy. We process their info as your processor, not for our own use.
