A systematic inspection documents every zone, captures the evidence that drives the treatment recommendation, and gives the customer a clear picture of what was found and why.
- Property and customer information. Address, inspection date, tech name, and the customer's primary pest concern reported at booking
- Exterior perimeter. Foundation cracks, gaps around pipes and utilities, wood-to-soil contact, moisture sources like standing water or dense mulch, firewood and debris storage, and any active pest entry points observed
- Interior kitchen and pantry. Evidence of roaches, pantry pests, or rodents (droppings, gnaw marks, grease marks), food storage conditions, appliance gaps behind the stove and refrigerator, and plumbing access gaps
- Interior crawl space and basement. Moisture levels, wood damage from termites or moisture ants, rodent burrows or harborage, insulation condition, and any visible pest entry from the exterior
- Garage and attached structures. Rodent activity (droppings, gnaw marks, nesting material), spider harborage in corners and storage areas, and gaps under garage doors or around utility penetrations
- Attic (if accessible). Evidence of rodents, wildlife, or stored product pests, insulation disturbance, and any entry points from the exterior through soffits or vents
- Active pest evidence. A summary of all pest evidence found during the inspection, including species identification where possible, severity level, and location noted on a simple property diagram
- Recommended treatment plan. The service type recommended, the area to treat, the products or methods to use, and whether a follow-up or exclusion work is needed
