Claver integrations, and what each one does
Claver connects to the tools a trade shop already runs: QuickBooks Online for the books, Stripe for money, Zapier and a REST API for everything else, a Twilio business line for calls and texts, and a calendar feed for Google, Apple, and Outlook. Here is what each one moves, and the plan it lands on.
Every Claver integration at a glance
Five connections, what each one is for, and the plan that includes it. No add-on fees on any of them.
| Integration | What it does | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| QuickBooks Online | Pushes customers, invoices, payments, and refunds from Claver into QBO when a job is completed or paid | Crew, $39/mo |
| Stripe | Card and ACH payments, deposits, saved cards, paid straight into your own Stripe account | Starter, $19/mo |
| Zapier and the REST API | Five triggers and two actions over the public API, plus signed outbound webhooks | Business, $79/mo |
| Phone and SMS | A business number, two-way texting, missed-call text-back, voicemail, and in-app calling | Crew for SMS, Business for calling |
| Calendar feed | A private subscribe URL that puts your job schedule in Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar | Crew, $39/mo |
Plan prices are flat and monthly. See the full tier breakdown on the pricing page.
How to connect an integration
Every integration is set up from inside the app, under Settings. None of them need a developer, and none of them cost extra on top of the plan.
- Sign up and open Settings. Every connection below lives in a tab of the app Settings screen, not in a separate console.
- Pick the tab for the tool. Payments holds Stripe and QuickBooks Online. Calendar holds the feed URL. Phone holds the business number. API and Integrations holds your API keys and webhooks.
- Authorize the account. QuickBooks and Stripe both use OAuth, so you log in with the vendor and approve. Nothing asks you to paste a password into Claver.
- Check it moved something real. Complete a test job, or fire a test webhook, and confirm the record landed on the other side before you trust it with the month.
What Claver does not integrate with yet
An honest list is more useful than a long one. Claver does not have a QuickBooks Desktop connector, a Xero connector, a payroll integration beyond a CSV export, or a two-way calendar sync that writes jobs back from Google into Claver. Where a connection is one-way, the page for it says which way.
If the tool you need is not here, the public REST API and Zapier app on Business cover most of the gap, and outbound webhooks can push job, customer, quote, and invoice events to any endpoint you control.
What integrations cost
Nothing, beyond the plan. There is no integrations add-on, no per-connection fee, and no per-sync metering. QuickBooks and the calendar feed come with Crew at $39/mo. The API, Zapier, and webhooks come with Business at $79/mo. Stripe payments work on Starter at $19/mo, and Claver takes no cut of them.
