- Soffit, fascia, and ventilation. Soffit condition (intact vs. damaged), fascia paint and wood condition, ridge vent or turbine vents present and unobstructed, intake vents adequate
- Attic access inspection notes. Visible daylight through the decking, wet or stained sheathing, insulation condition, and any signs of active leakage
- Structural concerns. Any visible sagging, rafter or ridge damage, truss uplift signs, or areas of decking failure visible from the surface
- Summary and recommendations. Overall roof condition rating (Good / Fair / Poor / Replacement recommended), estimated remaining useful life, recommended repairs, and urgency level
