How do I switch from HouseCallPro or Jobber?

Export CSV from your current tool, upload to Claver — our wizard maps the columns. Usually 20–30 minutes. We'll personally help if anything looks off.

Does it connect to my other tools?

Yes. On Crew and Business, Claver connects to 6,000+ apps through Zapier. Push new jobs into QuickBooks, drop fresh leads into a spreadsheet, fire a Slack ping when a quote gets approved, whatever your shop runs on. There's a full REST API and webhooks too if you'd rather build it yourself. Ask us and we'll send the connector link.

Contract or year commit?

No. Month-to-month on all plans. Cancel anytime from your account. Your data exports as CSV whenever — including after you leave.

Who holds my payments?

You do. Connect your own Stripe via OAuth — money routes directly to your bank. Claver never touches it. Standard Stripe fees apply (2.9% + 30¢ on cards, 0.8% on ACH).

I already use Square (or another processor) — can I use Claver?

Yes. Claver runs payments through Stripe Connect, so you create a free Stripe account and connect it in about two minutes — money goes straight to your own bank, and ACH runs at 0.8% (cheaper than Square's card rates). Your Square history stays in Square; Claver just handles new invoices, deposits, Tap to Pay, and recurring billing going forward. Prefer to keep collecting in Square for now? You still get the full app — scheduling, dispatch, quotes, CRM, booking — and mark invoices paid in Claver. We don't yet plug into Square or PayPal directly; if that's a dealbreaker for you, tell us.

Is there a free trial?

No 14-day-trial-then-surprise-bill. Starter is $19/mo — if it's not right, cancel from your account before your next billing date and you owe nothing more. Month-to-month, no contract, your data exports on the way out.

What's the difference between Crew and Business?

One thing: the phone. Business adds an AI that answers calls 24/7, qualifies the job, and books it without you touching your phone — plus a built-in number, call recording, and ad tracking numbers. If you don't need the phone system, Crew runs dispatch, GPS, SMS, and everything else at $39/mo.
